At OSAKA YUKA INDUSTRY, we declare the below policies for the purpose of preventing damage caused by anti-social forces, which are constituted by groups or individuals that seek economic profit using violence, power or fraudulent means.

Details

1. We respond to anti-social forces together as a whole organization and ensure the safety of any employees who respond to such forces.
2. We build close relationships on an ongoing basis with specialized outside organizations such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan, and lawyers’ offices.
3. Not only will we not carry out any business dealings with anti-social forces, we will block out any and all relationships with anti-social forces and reject any undue claims made by such groups or individuals.
4. If any kind of incident occurs with respect to anti-social forces, we will thoroughly conduct both civil and criminal proceedings in order to deal with the situation.
5. Even if undue claims on the part of anti-social forces are brought forth in relation to wrongdoings, we will not under any circumstances conduct backroom deals to settle matters relating thereto.
6. We will not under any circumstances provide funds to anti-social forces.
